Ingredients: water, sourdough (rice flour, water), corn starch, potato starch, millet flour, palm oil, rice starch, rice syrup, soy protein, yeast, psyllium seed husks (vegetable fiber), guar gum, sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt, calcium citrate, tartaric acid, folic acid. Contains soy.

Shelf life: Unopened the product can be stored at room temperature until the best before date (approx 6 months). Once opened use within 2-3 days. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness. Quality may diminish if refrozen.

Instruction:

  • CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Wrap two slices of bread in foil and place in a pre-heated oven at 400 deg F for 4-5 minutes.
  • CONVECTION OVEN: Reduce baking time to 3-4 minutes.
  • MICROWAVE: Place two slices of bread on paper towel and microwave on full power for 15 seconds.
  • TOASTING: Remove from pack and toast as preferred.
