Return Policy


The sales of all gluten & allergen free foods are final. Strictly Gluten Free (SGF) will only accept preauthorized returns which are deemed returnable by company representatives.  Our policy requires all prospective damages, expiry or spoiled products be documented. To file a complaint or issue of the product upon delivery you are require to contact SGF within 24 hours of receipt of delivery in addressing any concerns. If 24 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, books or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept product returns that are cosmetics, health & beauty care products. We cannot guarantee that the product images may be the most current up-to-date images as manufacturers frequently make changes and therefore may not be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases photos of damaged product, packaging and/or labels. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • The product upon onsite purchase and/or delivery had its expiration date lapse
  • The product had become damaged during shipment
  • The product was determined to be defective and/or spoiled upon delivery
  • The product delivered was incorrect from the product ordered at the time of purchase

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be applied to any item that has been identified and made known to SGF more than 24 hours after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and SGF is notified within 24 hours of delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: 396A Larkfield Road East Northport NY USA 11731.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Special Orders

Any special ordered product(s) requested by any customer must be paid in full at the time of the order. There may be additional fees applied to process and/or ship the order which are to be determined prior to shipment. A special ordered item is non-refundable unless it has been preauthorized by the company.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 396A Larkfield Road East Northport NY USA 11731.  YOU SHOULD NEVER SHIP RETURNS WHICH HAVE NOT BE PREVIOUSLY PREAUTHORIZED BY SGF AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if such initial notification has not been made to SGF within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Product Destruction (if applicable) if it were to be determined by SGF that it will not be necessary to return the product if proper documentation is provided for our records.  Upon reviewal of documentation SGF will inform you that the product may be discarded. Such documentation required will be:

  • Proof of Purchase – purchase order number
  • Photos of Packaging of Shipment, Product Packaging, UPC’s, Lot Number & Expiration Dates
  • Other documentation may be required and specified by a SGF representative

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In order to maintain the highest level of quality, integrity and meet the highest standards in the industry it is Strictly Gluten Free’s policy that under no circumstances will SGF resell any returned products.
